About GK M.O.T. & Tachograph Centre in Shrewsbury

Established in 2002, GK M.O.T. & Tachograph Centre in Shrewsbury is a trusted family-run garage known for honest, reliable vehicle care.

As a local independent garage with a dedicated team of six staff members, we are committed to providing honest, reliable, and competitively priced vehicle services. We are well known in the area for our expertise in MOT testing, servicing, and tachograph work.

Our garage is equipped with two MOT bays, both capable of handling classes 4, 5, and 7. One bay features a pit while the other uses a ramp, and both are fitted with Snap-on MOT and diagnostics equipment, ensuring thorough and accurate inspections every time. This modern equipment, combined with our team’s extensive knowledge, has helped us earn an excellent 4.9-star rating on Google.

For vehicle servicing, we provide BE (Brake Efficiency) testing and update OSRs (On-Board Service Records) to ensure your vehicle remains fully compliant. For vehicles still under warranty, we follow the manufacturer’s service schedule precisely, using Autodata and fitting only OE parts to guarantee that all maintenance meets required standards, no matter the age of the vehicle.
